Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Alignora™. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

* The item must be unused

* The item must be in its original packaging

* The item must be in the same condition you received it

* Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

* Used neck massagers

* Items showing signs of wear or use

* Items damaged by misuse

* Items without original packaging

As Alignora™ is a personal-use wellness device, once opened and used, it cannot be resold.

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Include:

* Full name

* Order number

* Clear photos of the item

* Reason for return

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for:

* Return shipping costs

* Any customs fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Alignora™ is not responsible for lost return parcels.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.

If approved, we may offer:

* A replacement

* A partial refund

* Or a full refund (at our discretion)

Once your return is received and inspected:

* Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

* Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

* Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the funds.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.

Alignora™ reserves the right to dispute fraudulent claims.
