At Alignora™, your satisfaction matters to us. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to make every purchase a positive experience.

Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.


Order Cancellations

 

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After 12 hours, your order may already be processed or prepared for shipment and cannot be cancelled.


Returns

 

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, our heated cervical neck massager cannot be returned once opened or used.

We only accept returns if:

 

*The item arrives damaged

*The item arrives defective

*You receive the wrong product

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

*Clear photos or video proof

*Your order number

If approved, we will:

*Send a replacement at no additional cost
OR

*Issue a refund

 

Shipping Delays

 

Please note:

Orders may take 8-15 business days to arrive depending on location.

Shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or peak seasons are outside of our control and are not eligible for refunds while the item is in transit.


Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

 

*Incorrect shipping address provided

*Delays caused by customs

*Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product

*Buyer’s remorse after product has been used


Lost or Stolen Packages

 

If tracking confirms delivery but you did not receive your package, please contact the courier directly.


Delivery Protection

We stand behind every order placed with Alignora™.

If your order:

• Arrives damaged
• Is confirmed lost in transit
• Has not been delivered within 20 business days after shipment

You may request a full refund or replacement.

If a refund is issued and the package later arrives, you may keep the item at no additional cost.

Please note:

Delivery delays caused by customs inspections, courier disruptions, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer may extend delivery timelines. In such cases, the estimated delivery window may be adjusted accordingly.

All claims must include your order number and, where applicable, tracking information or photo evidence.

 

Delivery Guarantee

If your order has not been delivered within 20 business days after shipment, you may contact us to request a full refund or replacement.

If your order arrives after a refund has been issued, you may keep the product at no additional cost.

Delays caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer are not eligible for refund.
