Thank you for shopping with Alignora™. Please review our cancellation terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Cancellation Window

Orders may only be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase.

After 6 hours, orders are automatically sent for processing and cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation within the allowed window, email:

Include your full name and order number.

Cancellation requests sent after the 6-hour window will not be approved.


2. Processed or Shipped Orders

Once an order has been processed or dispatched to our fulfillment partner, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Customers must wait for delivery and, if eligible, follow the Return Policy.


3. Address & Order Errors

Customers are fully responsible for ensuring:

* Correct shipping address

* Correct contact details

* Correct product selection

Alignora™ is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.

Address changes are not guaranteed once the order is placed.


4. Refused or Undeliverable Orders

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to incorrect address details:

* Return shipping fees

* Handling fees

* Any customs charges

may be deducted from any eligible refund.


5. Fraud Prevention

Alignora™ reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment, or abuse of policies.
